Here’s a little about me, about my channel and what types of videos are coming your way. So, I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned so far about conscious living and how It’s helped me to handle stress in my life. I truly believe that there are things that we can all do to feel better and for me practicing meditation, breathwork, yoga, self-compassion and working on my mindset have helped to nourish me so that I can live more mindfully and that’s what I hope to share with all of you.
