About Me

I’m dedicated to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through the practice of mindfulness, meditation and compassion. I believe that we all have the innate capacity to experience well-being, even in the midst of difficult situations. I can show you how. 

I have my Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of South Florida.

I’ve been meditating for over 10 years and I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University. I am currently qualified to teach the 8-week (MBSR) course.

My mission as a mindfulness practitioner is to help people heal through challenging and stressful times in order to live a more meaningful and present life.
