Finding Joy

Early on in my wellness journey, I had this desire to be happier and less stressed, but I wasn’t always exactly sure what might help. What I have come to realize is that we are all unique in what brings us joy and energy. In today’s video, I’m sharing a simple activity that I use to help identify the things that bring me energy and also the things that can zap or deplete my energy. The awareness that comes from categorizing these areas helps me to prioritize what’s most important and to know where to spend my time so that I feel nourished and happy.
