The Practice of Non Judgment

In today’s video, I’m sharing another perspective that is foundational in the practice of mindfulness and that is non-judgment. So, the practice of mindfulness is supported by this willingness to meet whatever “present moment” experience you’re having and, as best as you can, let go of your opinions about whether you like it or dislike it (non-judging). However, many of us (myself included) quickly see how this perspective can often be quite challenging because we basically tend to have opinions about everything. I hope this video then may serve as a gentle reminder to offer yourself some kindness as you begin to notice the judging mind. You are not alone and this unfolding awareness is all part of the practice.
