What is Grounding?

In this video, I share how I ground myself in the present moment when I’m starting to feel discomfort, stress and anxiety. Grounding for me then basically means to gently bring my focus to what is happening to me physically, either in my body or in my surroundings, instead of being trapped by the thoughts in my mind that are causing me to feel anxious. My hope is that in sharing how this technique helps me, it may help you too. Thanks for watching!
